She is a BCRPA, AISTD, and REPs certified instructor, has a Diploma in Sport Management, and a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership. She believes you should “laugh as much as you breathe!” Chris has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 10 years to a wide variety of individuals both in Canada and abroad. He has attended 2 separate Yoga teacher training courses (both recognized by Yoga Alliance) and has completed his full Stott Pilates education. He believes that by enhancing physical function an individual betters their physiological process and overall health. Curtis has a passion for human anatomy and the bio-mechanics of injuries. He is a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist, and has his Bachelor’s in Athletic and Exercise Therapy. He loves working with individuals to optimize their health and function or improve the condition of chronic injuries. Emma has valued physical activity from a young age and believes in training for life. She incorporates functionality, versatility, and fun into every workout. Emma has her Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership, a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness, and is a CSEP personal trainer. Being active has always been a priority for Martina. She believes in a holistic approach: “healthy body, healthy mind”. Martina holds her Bachelor of Sport and Fitness Leadership, Diploma in Exercise and Wellness, and is a CSEP personal trainer. She has a passion for educating her clients on health and wellness. Robyn is in her 5th year of Kinesiology at UVic. She is a BCRPA certified weight trainer and loves everything active! Her motto is “work hard, sweat hard!” Dr. Marissa, our Mindfit coach, holds a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) and has been practicing chiropractic for the last 16 years. An active mom, and lover of the outdoors, Dr. Marissa is passionate about building healthy families and communities. She is a strong believer that optimal health means investing equally in our mental, emotional and physical well-being. Sarah is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) with a drive to promote healthy and holistic living. Sarah can help you with healthy weight management, healthy stress management, hormone balancing, daily detoxification, and digestive support.
